Water Sports & Aquatics Merit Badge Week

July 5-11, 2015

Boy Scouts age 13 & older can earn 4 – 6 aquatics merit badges, camping at Sid Richardson Scout Ranch with their Troop or as a Maverick Scout. Choose from Sailing, Motorboating, Watersports (wakeboarding and water skiing), Lifesaving, Rowing, Canoeing, Kayaking, plus the Board Sailing, Stand-Up Paddleboarding, & Snorkeling BSA Awards. Participants will meet daily with the Program Director and Aquatics Director to review their progress.

Small Boat Sailing Board Sailing Motorboating Watersports
Kayaking Canoeing Rowing Lifesaving
Stand-Up Paddleboarding Snorkeling


Attendance requirements

Watersports and Aquatics Merit Badge Camp participants must be registered Boy Scouts at least 13 years of age on or before date of arrival. All participants should have Swimming Merit Badge and must complete the BSA swimmers test.
